I AM AUSTRALIAN...........

I am so proud to be called Australian. I love this amazing country. I pray that my children will have an incredible pride & patriotism but also an awareness that this is the Great Southland of the Holy Spirit & we truly are the Lucky Country.

I pray that he will maintain his integrity & strength of character during his term of office, & that there is a renewed hope for peace. A lot of pressure for one man!!

It is this gorgeous girls birthday in 2 more sleeps!! I adore this beautiful,young thing. We twilight, quilt, scrap, laugh & do life together. I am missing you, can't wait for Monday!!!! Love Me xx

Incredibly Blessed........

Not often days are sent along to remind us how incredible some of the people are in our lives. Today I totally fell in love with my hubby all over again. I mean who else would get up at 1am in the morning while their wife was throwing her guts up, telling him to go back to bed as he has to work tomorrow saving people, & proceed to get me some magic stuff called painstop & give me the correct dosage, all the while holding back my hair!!! I mean what a man!!! Not one word of complaint & then was going to stay home from work, but another incredible person being Mum offered to stay all day with me & watch the kids, she was awesome. I do not know how people could have this on a regular basis, I am not a good sick person, that is for sure. I thought I had food poisoning but as it turns out was migraine slash dehydration!!! I also realise that as good as the drugs were that they gave me today, I am much too much of a control freak to ever touch the stuff willingly!!! Another beautiful person in my life, Ruthie then came down, grabbed my two older girls & took them out to the movies!! Now this is a precious life!!! I did not hear them all coming & going at all. I just wanted to say thanks to those precious three, my life would not be the same without you in it. Love Ya xx

So Important.........

Ant & I have a dream to one day go & do some work on a mission field (we have been invited to a few places & are hoping to do some medical ones). We really do want our girls to experience what is like to have lack. I want them to have compassion & to truly understand how blessed we are to live in a country that has water, shelter & food, & that offers thousands of opportunities. Some children are not so lucky. I would not pressure anyone, but please go & have a look here & think about sponsoring a child today. We in the western world really do not have any excuses not to.

Beautiful..........

I got the awesome opportunity to photograph these gorgeous guys the other day. I have known Ric & Nat for about 12 years now. This little miracle is Hannah. They waited a long time for her. It was an absolute privilege & pretty fun to do this. I love these guys & enjoy doing life with them. (note these images are raw)
